This year marks the 25th Anniversary of the Welsh Proms Cardiff and builds on the Welsh Proms tradition as one of the most thrilling events of Cardiff’s Cultural and Artistic calendar and a highlight of the Cardiff Festival. For twenty five years the Welsh Proms has been a key date on the music scene in Wales under Founder Artistic Director, Owain Arwel Hughes CBE.
