The Welsh Proms Cardiff celebrates its 25th Anniversary this year with a series of special events ranging from free outdoor performances on the Hayes, lunchtime and early evening events in the L3 Lounge and, of course, the huge scale orchestral concerts in the main hall each evening.

Soloists and performers include Only Men Aloud, Ray Chen, Alfie Boe and Rebecca Evans to name but a few.

Some of the country’s finest orchestras will also feature from the BBC Concert Orchestra and Royal Philharmonic Orchestra to the Hall’s Orchestra in Residence the BBC National Orchestra of Wales.

There truly is something for everyone at this year’s Welsh Proms with events for Children in the Tiddly and Family Proms and World, Jazz and Folk music featuring too. Smaller scale performances include the Mavron Quartet and the Lunar Saxaphone Quartet on the L3 stage.
